Auditor / Forensic Accountant – Senior position vacancy

We have a vacancy at our Preston office to join our growing team, to work in our audit and forensic accounting departments. This is a varied role across the two departments, as such:


You will be responsible for overseeing our audit clients, including statutory audits, client money audits for solicitors, pension scheme audits, charity independent examinations and charity group audits. You will have junior staff to assist and you will be required to train and develop their audit skills as they progress through their training contracts.

Preferably the candidate would be ACA or ACCA qualified with previous audit experience.

Forensic Accounting

We have a specialist forensic accounting team that has grown rapidly over the last few years. We work on a wide variety of cases including company and share valuations in matrimonial disputes, proceeds of crime act investigations, loss of profit / business interruption and personal injury cases. We prepare formal reports that are presented to the Court with our findings.

You will be responsible for managing the day to day workload of this department. Previous forensic accounting experience is not essential, however report writing skills will be important for this role.
