Receptionist / Administration Assistant

We are a two-office firm of Chartered Accountants based in Preston and Blackpool.

We are seeking a receptionist/ administration assistant full time (or would consider extended part time) based at our Preston Office.

The role involves a wide variety of office administrative functions that need to be completed on a daily basis, as well as managing the reception and telephone switchboard.

The candidate will require confident personal skills, providing a friendly but professional image of the firm as the first point of contact. You will be working as part of a team and will need to communicate clearly to ensure that deadlines are achieved.

Previous secretarial experience is preferred but not required.

Salary according to experience and qualifications for the role.
